Private Fund

When children attend Tanglewood or Little Tanglewood we ask that all families pay in to our 'Private Fund'. The cost is £1 per session (£2 for extended days).  

You can pay Private Fund weekly, half termly or termly, either by cash or cheque at the office or by bank transfer (BACS).  We can also accept weekly or monthly direct debits. 

Paying into the Private Fund enables us to provide a daily fresh fruit snack and food tasting, a wide selection of ingredients so that children can enjoy baking as a whole class or in small groups as well as ingredients for our daily messy play activities such a playdough, slime, cornflour or shaving foam.    These activities are vital for children’s sensory and fine motor skills which all need to be developed before a child learns to write, as well as many other activities within nursery including   the wonderful Tanglefest and Tanglemas. 

 None of this would be possible without your £1 per session contributions.
