What to do if your child is unwell

• If your child needs Calpol or similar please keep them at home as they are not well enough to be in nursery. 
• If your child has started antibiotics please wait 48 hours before they return providing they are well enough. 
• Chicken Pox - Children need to stay at home until all the spots have scabbed over to prevent secondary infection. 
• If your child has been sick or had diarrhoea please do not send them to nursery until 48 hours after the last time this happened and  only then if they are well enough.

Please seek advice from your GP or a chemist Pharmacist.  Do not attend The Hospital Accident and Emergency department unless it is an emergency.
